This is a Navy question for all the sailors out there…?
I made Third Class Petty Officer this last cycle and I knew about the frocking and pay prior to even taking the test. I just want anybody’s guidance on when I might actually see the pay increase from E-3 to E-4. If anybody has the slightest idea, I was just curious.
Good Question. Everybody who passes get paid in increments. Those increments go according to your final multiple and how it ranks next to the final multiple required and the scores of everybody else. The earliest you will begin getting paid is June 16th if you made first increment and the latest is December 16. I hope this helps.
