Enjoying Spain’s Colorful and Versatile Culture

The Prado Museum was commissioned by Carlos III as part of a larger compound of buildings that were made purposely to create an impression; this was during the time when Carlos III was trying to urbanize Madrid and make it a world-class city. Antonio Gaudi’s architectural masterpieces can be seen all over Spain but Guell Park is, by far, considered to be the crowning glory of his body of work.
The Prado Museum is famous internationally as a museum that houses thousands of exceptional pieces of art and paintings. Skiing is a popular pastime for people who live in the frosty regions of the country like in the Sierra Navada Mountains, while the warmer parts of the country like the Castell d’Aro boasts of beaches that are pristine and world-class in terms of amenities. The stone tiles, the details, the sculpture and the structures all reflect his philosophy that one does not necessitate to demolish the beauty of nature in order to build an impressive architectural masterpiece.
