Charles Linden Review and Why He Created The Linden Method.
In 1996, after suffering for years with horrific panic attacks, acute anxiety attacks, and not able to go out in public, Charles Linden of Britain came up with The Linden Method. After much time, various therapists, and varying medications produced little results, Charles started to examine his ailments for himself. Linden talked to other individuals who suffered or were still suffering from the same disorders. Charles also took a look at the popular treatments available at that time and what kinds of scientific research was being done to solve the problem. That is how The Linden Method was born.
Charles Linden, after months of research conducted with patients who used to suffer from anxiety, invented the Linden Method. He took their information and graphed it, drawing corollaries between their individual, unique situations. Soon afterward, a program of recovery was invented with his findings. The Linden Method structure was formed from Linden’s tests, modifications, repeat testing, and reconfiguring. The major principle of the Linden Method, which is based off of sound scientific research, is that Charles Linden’s methods can be implemented to effectively reprogram anxiety and panic disorders, therefore eliminating any related problems which cause this suffering. By identifying the root cause of anxiety in the section of the brain that handles it, the Linden Method was created as a structured program. Test results have proven the Linden Method successful in 96% of cases tested on complying patients.

It’s obvious that Mr. Linden was diligent in his studies. Linden interviewed many prestigious members of the mental health community as well as “clients” in mental health facilities and discovered what triggers these disorders. The disorders surface from a malfunction in the Amygdala region of the brain. By “reconditioning” how the Amygdala responds to stimuli, the problem can be cured. Almost all of the anxiety disorders stem directly as a result of the Amygdala. The Amygdala is the region in the brain where fearful memories are stored; reversing changes which it has undergone is the central focus of the Linden Method.
In The Linden Method, by Charles Linden, he sponsors a program which is not centered around doing numerous drills and techniques, but by applying a simpler method. The Linden Method is based on the theory that there is one root cause for anyone’s mental instability, and by going after this root cause, you can cure your particular disorder. Other medical programs generally offer too many solutions to the issue, causing confusion. The Linden Method is proven, and it can used with confidence since it isn’t as confusing as some other methods.
