General Chemistry I and II n gen. bio I and II horror grades and i wanna go to med school what should i do?
I am a senior in High School. I really want to go to medical school really from my heart it’s my dream since childhood. We have this chemistry teacher who teaches nothing I mean she gives out handouts we have to do every single chapter question like 50 questions with a – f in each part takes 10 min for 1 ques. I am also taking Regents Physics. I was taking AP Physics but because of AP chemistry which is also part of Syracuse University’s course both AP and SU course but i dropped AP physics because of to much pressure in Chemistry. I am taking General Biology I and II. My god first marking period i had a 92 GPA for Biology, 97 in Regents Physics, and 81 in Chemistry. suck man suck. I got a 58, and a 48 in biology tests. What should I do? I really want to go to medical school. Should I retake this chemistry and biology in college? In transcript would it have the higher score or both? please help me. I suck
If you don’t feel proficient in Chemistry and Biology courses in high school, college is going to be a bloody mess. You have to take those classes regardless if you’re looking to be premed, and many additional biology classes at the university level.
