Leapers 5th Gen. 6-24X50 or BSA Platinum 6-24X44?
I recently purchased a Benjamin Trail XL1100 NP air rifle and would like to put a semi-decent scope on it. These are the two I am contemplating… Any suggestions on which is better?
How about the Leapers 4-16X50? I kind of want it to look like overkill. Would it still work?
IMO, that’s way too much scope for that rifle.
The Leapers 5th Gen 3-9×32($45) would be a better fit.

The Leapers 6-24x50AO($95) This is a scope you would mount on an AirForce Condor or the like.
Added for “Leapers 4-16×50″
If that’s what you want. There is no reason you could not mount the Leapers 6-24×50.
If you plan to hunt small game, I don’t see that as the best way to go. But if you’re interested in long range target practice or pest control possible, hey go for it.
I have the Leapers 3-9x40AO Mil-Dot. There is a Leapers 3-9x50AO Mil-Dot if that’s of any interest
