If there were to be a 2nd American Civil War what 2 sides do you believe would be fighting? ?
Scary concept,but of all the things dividing our nation what issue do you think could break it apart?
Many historian believe that there was alread a 2nd American Civil War. The first Civil War was what most people call the Revolution. That war for Independence form England was primarily fought between American Loyalists to the crown and American Revolutionaries with troops supplementing the fighting form England, Germany, and France. Then in the 19th century the “Civil War” between the north and the south was a 2nd civil war.
But to answer your question I think it is wholly inconceivable to think that we would have a 3rd civil war. Our collective thinking is that we ARE the United States. We do not think ourselves closely associated with a state for our viewpoints any longer.
