It is also worth noting that the similarities to the present horrific circumstance facing the American people is an, almost, exact mirror imagine of that faced by their ancestors of last century whose lives were altered forever by the event known as the Great Depression, and which saw the greatest political and social realignment the United States had seen since their Civil War Period of the mid 1800’s, both of which led to the strengthening of the Federal Government at the expense of the individual States and personal freedom.
the problem is this….we were taken off the gold standard so we have nothing to back our money, also the Federal Reserve is a PRIVATELY owned company now…so we have a private company, not under govt control, printing worthless money….another huge problem is that so many foreign countries have so much of our money, that even though it is worthless, they could collapse our economy simply by cashing it, China in particular has billions of our dollars….our dollar is falling more and more every day because the plan is to instate a worldwide money exchange, i am for sure voting for Ron Paul!
