What is that style called? I think it’s 19th century, but I’m not sure.
There’s a vintage store a few minutes away from my house. Would that be a good place to go to try and find things like that (they have things from flapper dresses to civil war uniforms to victorian hats)?
I love the modest, sort of plain (yet very feminine) clothing from whatever era that was.

Yeah that’s definitely from the 19th century. I’m looking at those dresses and thinking “Little House on the Prairie…” things like that.
The vintage store near your house sounds like a good place to start. I’d also look at thrift stores, and flea markets. If nothing else works, maybe costume stores or online sites like ebay.
