I have a Allen and Wheelock revolver from the Civil war. How do I legally sell it?
Also I have the Original holster for it as well. In addition I also have a NCO sword from the Civil war, and a flare gun from WW2. can I sell these too?

The Civil War revolver would be considered an antique firearm and therefore you may sell it without a firearms dealers license. The Civil War sword of course does not require a firearms dealers license. I believe the fare gun is not considered a firearm and therefore no license is required to sell it (however, I am not 100% certain on that one).
The sword you can sell on eBay. Those are acceptable under their standards. I do not think you can sell the revolver on eBay. Even though it is antique, I do not think they allow any firearms. They used to allow black powder and some firearm parts. I have not seen any black powder firearms on eBay for a while so I believe they have banned those. eBay has also greatly reduce what type of firearm parts that they allow. Before you list anything there, do check the rules on selling to make certain the item is still allowed. I don’t know about the fare gun on eBay because I have never looked for one.
A good way to sell all of these items is to take them to a gun show. If you live near a town that has an occasional gun show, you could no doubt sell them there. If you have no experience with gun shows, I will explain a little. You would not need to set up a table. People attending the shows frequently bring along items the wish to sell or trade. Those people are swamped by the others in hopes of getting a bargain. You most likely will be approached about selling them before you even get into the show. There are a lot of sales in the parking lot and while waiting in line to get in. If you take them to the show to sell, do get an idea of what they are worth so you do not get taken by a low ball offer.
I have never liked the idea of listing them for sale in a newspaper or the like. I think that invites burglars.
