If you like the Civil War, please answer my question!?
Hi! I’m doing a project on the Civil War in my social studies class. First of all, any good books about the Civil War? Can be fiction or non fiction. Alright. Here’s my main question: (but please answer both) What are some interesting topics I can research about this war? Here are some suggestions on projects that may help you with topic ideas. Diorama of a Civil War battle, collage of a famous person in the war, a diary or letters from a soldier, a memorial for an important Civil War person, or something else! So please give me ideas on my project!
When I had this assignment, I did a specialty on the specific battles of a war. I especially did the Battle of Shiloh, but I made a movie. As far as books go, I would ask your librarian as it depends on where you are. Out of those ideas, what i would do would be to do a report on Stonewall Jackson, and make a board on him, with some facts. Like, how he got his nickname, etc.
