what type of civil war cannon fired a 50 lbs. cannonball?
I saw this on a episode of “If walls could talk” they were found on the grounds of a home in Lewiston, N.Y.
I some of the 32 Pounder Smoothbores and some of the Rifled 42 Pounders fired some ammunition weighing in around 50lbs.
