How did women wear their hair in the 1800′s?
I have to go to a civil war dance on the 22nd and I need to know how the women back then wore their hair
The plain hairstyles featured in the links you have been sent would probably not have been worn at dances. For dances women tended to have their hair elaborately styled, in curls etc, and they might wear jewels, ribbons, and flowers in their hair.
